New Handicap info for 2014

Ghin opened as of April 1, 2014.  Please remember you must pay your ghin dues to the course you receive your handicap from.  OSWGA does not maintain handicaps for its members.  OSWGA will post all tournament scores.  Please do not post your own scores as this could result in double posting!   Thanks.
