Jr/Sr Championship at Crestwood CC – Tuesday October 6th

OSWGA Junior / Senior Championship
Tuesday October 6th
Open to all Female Players – 9:00 a.m. Shotgun
Crestwood Country Club

Format:  2 Females
Front 9 – 1 Best Ball / Back 9 – Scramble

Age requirement as of September 29th
1 Junior age 65 and under (was 60 and under)
1 Senior age 66 and over (was 61 and over)
** If you are between 61 and 65 and already planned to play as a senior with a junior, you can still enter as a senior. **

We have also added a Sr./Sr. Division
2 Seniors, ages 66 and older

Annual Banquet and Players’ Championship Cancelled

After considerable deliberation, the Board came to the difficult decision to cancel both the Players’ Championship tournament and the annual banquet. We share in your disappointment, but remain thankful that we were able to run 16 tournaments so far and still have several tournaments left to play. 2020 has been a struggle for all, but we are hopeful and eager to come back strong next year.
 
Elections for the offices of President and Treasurer will proceed in November as planned. Voting for these offices will be held on-line. This means all 2020 OSWGA members will be able to participate in the election process. We will send out statements from the candidates running for office in October. Once voting is open, you will receive an email with full instructions as to how to cast your vote.
 
If you would like to nominate yourself or another member for either position, please contact the Nomination Committee Chair, Carolyn Brown at chezcab99@yahoo.com, or any current Board Member.
