As you know, the OSWGA Annual Banquet is being held at the Radisson Hotel, located on Post Rd. in Warwick near the airport on Sunday November 4, 2012. (Click here for directions).The event will start at 4:00 PM for cocktail hour followed by by-laws revision voting then the voting for board positions will take place. Dinner will be served during the proceedings.
This year, each member of your Board of Director’s is “giving back” to the Association. We are all making themed gift baskets which will be raffled off to benefit the Scholarship Fund.Contents and value of the baskets will be available. Tickets for the baskets will be 5 for $5.00, 12 for $ 10.00 and 30 for $ 20.00.
ALSO a 50/50 raffle will be held to benefit the Scholarship Fund. All proceeds from the 50/50 will be split in half with half going to the Scholarship Fund and half going to the holder of the lucky ticket. 50/50 raffle tickets will be $5.00 each.
Cash or Check will be accepted.
